PalletTop®
The smart alternative to expensive, hard-to-dispose-of wood pallet
tops
Patented PF PalletTops are ideal to use in place of traditional wooden pallet tops to protect palletized loads from shipping and strapping damage. Made by riveting two pieces of notched VBoard® together, PF PalletTop unfolds easily to form a sturdy square or rectangular shape to fit the tops, sides or bottoms of palletized loads. This pre-formed edge protection can also be used to hold corner posts in place on display-ready pallets for greater ease in unitizing and stretch wrapping. PF PalletTops are designed to stay in place on automated stretch- and shrink-wrapping operations without manual assistance.
Manufactured in three calipers: light duty .120'', medium duty .160'' and heavy duty .225''. Available in standard leg lengths of 2'' x 2'', 2.5'' x 2.5'' and 3'' x 3'' and custom sizes to fit any pallet dimensions.
